Please note that this is not a universal trim kit and will require an open wall for the removal of the old valve during installation. The faucet features solid brass construction, a Duraseal washerless cartridge, a wall mount installation with a 5" tub spout, and standard 1/2" IPS connections. The spout flow rate is 7.0 GPM/26.5 LPM at 80 PSI, while the showerhead flow rate is 1.8 GPM/6.8 LPM at 80 PSI. The corrosion-resistant finish adds to the longevity of the faucet. Lastly, an external pressure balancing fixture device may be required if mandated by local building codes.
